There is only one functioning latrine per 100 people. The charity, which has been given only intermittent access to the <a href=www.cups-stanley.ca>stanley canada</a> camp since early June, reports that the immigrants are allowed to spend only half an hour outside every couple of days. Karayiannis said that the conditions are increasing the risk of a spread of tuberculosis, from which some of the migrants are already suffering from.
